Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage, documenting repairs, and coordinating with customers and insurance providers throughout the repair process.

The role requires DRP knowledge, a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and a willingness to complete I-CAR training. Valid driver’s license preferred. Join a team focused on quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with DRP processes preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions accurately.
• Guide customers through the repair process and communicate with insurance companies.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and WOW Operating Ways.
• Participate in daily production walks and team meetings.
• Support team members and provide excellent customer service.
