Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs. You will document communications, inform customers and insurers, and ensure alignment with team KPIs throughout the repair process.

Responsibilities include guiding customers, schedules, and parts replacement while maintaining compliance with DRP requirements and internal WOW operating standards. Knowledge of OE guidelines is preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s.
• Minimum of 1-year experience

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions with details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes.
• Engage in production walks with Management.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend health, safety, and staff meetings as required.
• Communicate customer requests to relevant team members.
