Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs. You will document communications, inform customers and insurance companies, and ensure repairs align with team KPIs.

The role requires knowledge of OE guidelines, DRP compliance, and at least 1 year of experience, with I-CAR training being a plus and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic Computer Skills
• Compliance for DRP’s
• Minimum of 1-year experience

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with details
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through repair
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for drops, planning, and communication
• Communicate customer requests to team members
• Maintain positive energy when greeting customers
• Participate in daily production walks with Management
• Support team members as needed
• Attend health & safety meetings
