Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage, documenting repairs, and coordinating with customers and insurance providers throughout the repair process.

You will work with the team to meet repair KPIs, ensure DRP compliance, and participate in training and monthly safety meetings as needed. A high school diploma and I-CAR training willingness are preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP's; minimum 1 year experience.

Responsibilities

• Document customer interactions and repair details accurately.
• Provide customers with timely information and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and WOW Operating Ways.
• Coordinate with management during daily production walks and team support.
• Attend training sessions and participate in staff meetings as required.
