Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass seeks an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by creating accurate repair estimates and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance companies. The role emphasizes timely communication and collaboration to meet the shop's KPIs.

The candidate should have knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines, plus basic computer skills and DRP compliance, with at least 1 year of related experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of vehicle repairs and OE guidelines.
• Proficiency with basic computer tasks and repair documentation.
• Awareness of DRP processes and insurance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Document customer interactions accurately and promptly.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Coordinate with insurance clients and internal teams to meet KPIs.
• Assist with production walks and participate in team meetings.
• Support team members and participate in health & safety sessions.
