Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences while assessing vehicle damage, documenting repairs, and coordinating with customers and insurance providers throughout the repair process.

The Estimator will align with team KPIs, ensuring accurate communication and efficient repair planning across all touchpoints in our collision and glass services.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW operating ways.
• Coordinate with team for repair planning and customer communication.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Greet customers with positive energy in person and on the phone.
• Understand insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend Health & Safety and staff meetings if required.
• Attend training and information sessions as recommended by Store Manager.
