Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while creating accurate estimates and coordinating repair needs. You will communicate with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process to ensure alignment with KPIs.

This role requires knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines, basic computer skills, and at least one year of experience. Join a team focused on safety, training, and outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Compliance for DRP’s.
• Minimum of 1-year experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every customer interaction is documented, updated efficiently and accurately with pertinent details
• Provide customer with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process and ensuring they receive excellent customer service
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements, processes and metrics
• Ensure compliance with all WOW Operating Ways regarding customer drop-offs, repair planning, customer communication, and delivery
• Communicate all customer requests and needs to appropriate team members
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone
• Understanding of all required Insurance programs and procedures
• Participate in daily “production walks” with the Management Team, as required
• Support all team members when required
• Participate in monthly Health & Safety and staff meeting (if required)
• Attend training, information sessions and workshops recommended by Store Manager
