Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver outstanding customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs. You will document interactions, communicate with customers and insurance providers, and collaborate with the team to meet KPIs.

The role requires knowledge of repairs, OE guidelines, basic computer skills, and at least 1 year of relevant experience, with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Compliance for DRP’s and related processes.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and update details.
• Provide customers with accurate, timely information and guide them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance programs and procedures.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Participate in daily production walks with management as required.
• Attend health & safety and staff meetings; participate in training sessions as recommended by the Store Manager.
