Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by accurately estimating vehicle damage and coordinating repairs with customers and insurers. You will assess damage, document required repairs and parts, and align with the team to achieve the shop's KPIs.

You will document every customer interaction, provide timely information, and ensure compliance with insurance programs and DRP processes. The role supports a positive customer journey and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of experience is required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• Basic computer skills and ability to comply with DRP processes.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with details.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for drop-offs, planning, and communications.
• Communicate all customer requests and needs to appropriate team members.
• Participate in daily production walks and trainings.
