Crash Champions is seeking an estimates-focused professional to deliver accurate repair estimates and educate customers through the collision repair journey. You will help clients understand processes, insurance, and rights while contributing to DRP KPI goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate repair estimates to meet KPI and profit benchmarks.
• Educate customers on repair process, insurance, and rights.
• Provide estimates that support DRP partnerships and KPI goals.
• Finalize total loss administration.
• Deliver personal, trusted service by guiding customers through the repair process.
