Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a Customer Service/Estimator to educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, customer rights, and repair techniques, while delivering accurate estimates from start to finish.

Responsibilities include updating customers on status, reviewing data with Body Technicians, pre-closing final repair orders, handling disbursement paperwork, and ensuring carrier requirements are met for a smooth experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills and professionalism required.
• Strong organization and multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced shop setting.
• Knowledge of dealing with insurance partners preferred.
• Familiarity with multiple estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex).

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, rights, repair techniques, safety and value.
• Complete initial estimates and lock final estimates after full evaluation.
• Manage each repair, ensuring Crash Champions quality standards through in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed and provide the best possible experience.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning steps.
• Pre-close final repair orders and handle disbursement paperwork; meet carrier requirements.
