Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking motivated individuals to join our growing team in Manchester, NH. You will learn to develop accurate repair estimates, educate customers about the collision repair process, insurance steps, and customer rights while supporting our DRP partnerships and KPI goals.

The program emphasizes hands-on training, professional conduct, and excellent customer service, with a strong focus on delivering value and trust throughout the repair journey.

Qualifications

• Arrive on time, ready to learn.
• Commit to 7-9 months for program completion.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Be ambitious.
• Observe all areas of the location and ask questions.
• Attend calls.
• Complete all required training including CYOU and I-CAR.
• Complete tracker once per week through Stage 2.

Responsibilities

• Write as many estimates as possible.
• Optimizing and developing accurate repair estimates to meet profit benchmarks.
• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, rights, and value.
• Provide all estimates to support DRP partnerships and KPI goals.
• Finalize total loss administration.
• Provide personal, trusted service by reviewing the repair process with customers.
