Crash Champions is seeking a motivated candidate for a program-based role in a fast-growing collision repair environment. You will learn to prepare precise estimates, educate customers on the repair process and insurance procedures, and support KPI-focused DRP partnerships.

The role emphasizes professionalism, punctuality, and customer-first service, with training through CYOU and I-CAR. A commitment of 7–9 months is required to complete the program, with opportunities to grow within the Crash
