Job summary

Crash Champions is looking for a customer-centric professional to educate customers about the repair process, insurance steps, and value, while managing estimates and ensuring high-quality service across our network of locations.

You will guide customers through the repair journey, keep them informed, and collaborate with technicians to meet deadlines. Strong organizational skills and experience with estimating systems are required.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required.
• Strong organization and multitasking in fast-paced environments.
• Insurance partner knowledge preferred.
• Experience with estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell & Audatex) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repair process, insurance, rights, and value.
• Complete initial estimates and lock final estimates after evaluation.
• Manage repairs from start to finish meeting Crash Champions' quality standards.
• Keep customers informed and provide excellent service.
• Review data procedures with body technicians and post-scan for each vehicle.
• Prepare final repair order, handle paperwork, and carrier requirements.
