Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a busy repair facility. You will manage appointments, insurance communications and administrative support for the Repair Facility Team, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth workflow throughout the repair process.

You will handle CCC One notes, rental updates, and ARMS coordination while maintaining a high standard of service and attention to detail in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; minimum 1 year in a similar admin role.
• Preferred: 1 year in auto body or similar environment with customer service.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting with high accuracy.
• Strong communication and sales-driven customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One & Daily Demand Capacity Planner.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization docs.
• Prepare RO work packets with checklists, parts lists and rental indicators.
• Record all communications with customers and insurance partners in CCC One.
• Update rental car information and monitor ARMS vs CCC One entries.
