Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Louisiana is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional customer experience and manage relationships with customers and insurance partners throughout the repair process.

You will handle administrative tasks for the Repair Facility Team, maintain accurate records in CCC One, and collaborate with insurance partners to ensure smooth, timely repairs. This role emphasizes attention to detail and strong communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar administrative role.
• Preferred: 1 year in auto body or related environment with customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan is consistently executed.
• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and scripts.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization documentation.
• Prepare RO work packets with QC checklist, parts list, and rental indicators.
• Record all customer/insurance communications in CCC One notes.
• Update CCC One with rental car usage information.
• Manage ARMS throughout the day to sync with CCC One.
