Job summary

Crash Champions in California is seeking a customer‑focused Repair Estimator to guide clients through the repair process, insurance steps, and their rights. You will explain the workflow, set expectations, and deliver a transparent, respectful experience.

You’ll complete initial estimates, finalize post‑disassembly estimates, manage repairs end‑to‑end with in‑process QC, and keep customers fully informed. Competitive compensation and robust benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required
• Strong organization and time management
• Experience dealing with insurance partners preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of multiple estimating systems: CCC One, Mitchell & Audatex

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repairs, insurance procedures, rights, and safety
• Complete initial estimates, write-final estimates after evaluation
• Manage each repair with QC and ensure quality standards
• Keep customers informed and provide a superior experience
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and post-scan
• Pre-close final repair order, handle paperwork and carrier requirements
