Job summary

Crash Champions is looking for a customer-focused estimator to guide customers through the repair journey, explain insurance procedures, and ensure accurate, final estimates are locked in after evaluation.

You will oversee the repair process, perform in-process QC, and keep clients informed with transparent updates while coordinating with body technicians and handling final paperwork.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented with ability to educate customers.
• Experience in insurance procedures and claims processes.
• Familiarity with multiple estimating systems.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, rights, and value.
• Complete initial estimates, write full estimates after evaluation, lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair through the process and ensure quality standards via in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed and provide the best possible experience.
• Pull/review data with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning steps.
• Pre-close the final repair order and handle paperwork with carrier requirements.
