Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a customer-focused professional to educate customers on repairs, insurance procedures, and value. You will manage estimates, repair progression, and customer communications throughout the process.

The role involves coordinating with Body Technicians, post-scanning checks, pre-closing paperwork, and ensuring carrier requirements are met, delivering a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required and demonstrated.
• Strong organization, multitasking, and time management.
• Knowledge of dealing with insurance partners preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with multiple estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex).

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, rights, and value.
• Complete initial estimates; write full estimates after disassembly and damage evaluation; lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair throughout the process and ensure quality standards via in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed and provide the best possible experience.
• Pull and review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning.
• Pre-close the final repair order; handle disbursement paperwork; address exceptions; ensure carrier requirements are met.
