Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a skilled estimator to educate customers, manage repair estimates, and oversee the process from intake to final QC. You will coordinate with insurance partners and use industry-standard software to ensure accurate, timely estimates.

Leverage CCC One, Mitchell, and Audatex to prepare estimates while keeping customers informed and upholding Crash Champions’ quality standards across 650+ locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within collision repair.
• Strong organization, multitasking, and time management.
• Knowledge of working with insurance partners preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with estimating systems such as CCC One, Mitchell, and Audatex.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repair processes, insurance procedures, and rights.
• Prepare initial and final repair estimates.
• Oversee repair progress to meet quality standards.
• Keep customers informed about repair status.
• Review data for body technicians and post-scan.
• Finalize paperwork and ensure carrier requirements are met.
