Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking an experienced, customer-facing estimator to educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.

You will complete initial estimates, write full estimates after disassembly and damage evaluation, and lock final estimates; manage each repair, perform in-process QC, and keep every customer informed with the best possible experience.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Skills required to assist customers throughout repairs.
• Excellent organization and multitasking with good time management.
• Knowledge of insurance partners preferred and interacting with carriers.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple files.
• Familiarity with estimating systems CCC One, Mitchell & Audatex.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, rights, and safety.
• Complete initial estimates, write full estimates after disassembly and damage evaluation, and lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair and ensure Crash Champions’ quality standards by performing in-process QC.
• Keep every customer fully informed and updated on the status of their vehicle and provide the best possible experience for our customers.
• Able to pull and review all data procedures for/with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle in the repair process
• Pre-close the final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork, address exceptions in the file and ensure carrier specific requirements are complete
