Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking an Estimator/Customer Service Specialist to educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, customer rights and value, and to coordinate with Body Technicians. You will complete initial estimates, write full estimates after disassembly and damage evaluation, and lock final estimates, while managing each repair and performing in-process QC.

You will keep customers informed, handle paperwork and disbursements, and support a full-time role at 1935 Liggett

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in collision repair or insurance preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with estimating systems.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repairs, insurance, and safety.
• Complete estimates and lock final estimates after evaluation.
• Manage repairs and perform in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed about status.
