Crash Champions is hiring a skilled estimator support specialist to educate customers about the repair process, insurance procedures, and timelines. You will guide clients through estimates and keep them informed through the repair journey.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Experience with insurance partners preferred.
• Comfortable in fast-paced repair environments.
• Familiarity with estimating software such as CCC One or Audatex.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repair processes and insurance procedures.
• Complete initial and final vehicle repair estimates.
• Manage repairs and ensure quality standards are met.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair journey.
• Coordinate data procedures with body technicians and post-scan steps.
• Pre-close repair orders and handle required paperwork.
