Qualifications

• Customer service skills required to educate and assist customers.
• Strong organization and multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced shop.
• Knowledge of dealing with insurance partners preferred.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CCC One, Mitchell or Audatex estimating systems.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repair process, insurance, rights, and value.
• Complete initial and full estimates after evaluation, lock final estimates.
• Manage repairs and ensure quality standards through QC.
• Keep customers informed and provide great service.
• Pull and review data with Body Technicians; post-scan checks.
• Pre-close final repair order and handle paperwork and carrier requirements.
