Job summary

Crash Champions is a leading collision repair network with 650+ locations across 38 states. The role involves educating customers, creating and finalizing repair estimates, and managing repairs while maintaining Crash Champions' quality standards.

Candidates should be skilled in customer service, organized for fast-paced work, and familiar with estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex). Onsite position with competitive benefits and pay ranges.

Qualifications

• Customer service knowledge and strong communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with insurance processes and procedures is a plus.
• Experience with estimating systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, rights, repair techniques, safety and value.
• Complete initial and final estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation.
• Manage each repair throughout the process ensuring quality standards via in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed on vehicle status and provide exceptional service.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle.
• Pre-close final repair order, handle paperwork and meet carrier requirements.
