Job summary

Crash Champions is a leading collision repair network with over 650 locations across the U.S. The role involves educating customers on repair processes, insurance steps, and rights while managing estimates and ensuring quality control throughout the repair journey.

Responsibilities include preparing and locking final estimates, coordinating with body technicians, and handling order closure and related paperwork to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with vehicle repair estimation processes.
• Familiarity with insurance procedures and claims.
• Ability to review data and coordinate with Body Technicians.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repairs, insurance steps, rights and value.
• Complete initial estimates and final estimates after evaluation.
• Ensure QC by monitoring each repair throughout the process.
• Keep customers informed and deliver a great service experience.
• Review data with Body Technicians and perform post-scanning steps.
• Pre-close the final repair order and handle related paperwork.
