Job summary

Crash Champions is a leading collision repair network in the United States, offering extensive service across 650+ locations. This role focuses on educating customers, generating accurate estimates, and coordinating the repair process to deliver top-quality results.

The position requires strong customer-service skills, knowledge of insurance procedures, and the ability to navigate fast-paced settings while maintaining meticulous repair oversight.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within auto repair preferred.
• Familiarity with insurance processes and claims.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repair process, insurance procedures, rights, repair techniques, safety and value.
• Complete initial estimates, write full estimates after disassembly and damage evaluation, lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair and ensure Crash Champions quality standards via in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed on status and provide excellent experience.
• Pull and review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning.
• Pre-close the final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork and carrier requirements.
