Job summary

Crash Champions is a leading collision repair network with over 650 locations across 38 states. This role focuses on educating customers about the repair process, insurance procedures, rights, and value, while managing repairs from initial estimate to final delivery.

You will work with body technologists to ensure high-quality, timely results and maintain clear customer communication throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environment.
• Experience with insurance partners preferred.
• Experience with estimating systems CCC One, Mitchell & Audatex.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, rights, techniques and value.
• Complete initial estimates, write full estimates after disassembly and damage evaluation, lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair through the process and ensure quality standards with in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed and provide the best possible experience.
• Pull and review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle.
• Pre-close the final repair order and handle disbursement paperwork, address file exceptions and carrier requirements.
