Crash Champions is hiring to support our high-volume collision repair operations across the United States. The role focuses on educating customers, producing accurate estimates, and guiding each repair from intake to finish.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills and clear communication with customers and partners.
• Strong organization, multitasking, and time management in a busy shop setting.
• Experience working with insurance partners or procedures is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt as needed.
• Familiarity with estimating software such as CCC One or Mitchell & Audatex.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repair processes, insurance steps, rights, and value.
• Complete initial and full estimates after evaluation and disassembly.
• Manage repairs through to completion, ensuring Crash Champions’ quality standards.
• Keep customers informed about vehicle status and experience.
• Review data with Body Technicians and perform post-scanning for each vehicle.
• Pre-close final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork, and ensure carrier requirements are met.
