Qualifications
- Customer service skills required.
- Strong organization and time-management abilities.
- Experience dealing with insurance partners preferred.
- Familiarity with multiple estimating systems (CCC One preferred, Mitchell & Audatex).
Responsibilities
- Educate customers on repair processes, insurance procedures, rights, repair techniques, safety and value.
- Complete initial and final estimates after evaluation and disassembly.
- Manage each repair throughout and perform in-process QC.
- Keep customers informed on vehicle status and provide a great experience.
- Review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning.
- Pre-close final repair order and handle disbursement paperwork and carrier requirements.
