Qualifications

• Customer-facing skills essential for guiding clients through repair processes.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities for a fast-paced shop.
• Experience or knowledge with insurance partners is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with multiple estimating systems such as CCC One, Mitchell & Audatex.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repairs, insurance, rights, safety, and value.
• Complete initial and final estimates after evaluation and disassembly.
• Manage repairs end-to-end, ensuring quality standards and QC checks.
• Keep customers informed about repair status and provide a superior experience.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and perform post-scanning steps.
• Pre-close repair orders, handle disbursement paperwork and carrier requirements.
