Job summary

Crash Champions is the leading founder-led MSO of collision repair with 650+ locations nationwide. We educate customers on repair processes, insurance procedures, and rights while guiding each repair from intake to final QC.

Our team uses multiple estimating systems to deliver accurate estimates and timelines. As a Repair Estimator, you will manage the repair lifecycle, review data with Body Technicians, and ensure carrier requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Knowledge of insurance procedures and partners preferred.
• Familiarity with auto repair estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repair processes, insurance, rights, techniques, safety and value.
• Complete initial estimates, write final estimates after evaluation, and lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair throughout the process ensuring Crash Champions quality standards.
• Keep customers informed about repair status and provide excellent service.
• Pull and review data procedures with Body Technicians and perform post-scanning checks.
• Pre-close the final repair order and handle disbursement paperwork, ensuring carrier requirements are met.
