Job summary

Crash Champions is a leading collision repair provider operating 650+ locations across the United States. This role focuses on guiding customers through repair processes, preparing initial and final estimates, and ensuring quality throughout the repair journey.

The candidate will work closely with Body Technicians, insurance partners, and internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience while maintaining Crash Champions’ high standards of service and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience, especially with insurance partners preferred.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and workloads.
• Knowledge of insurance procedures and repair processes is a plus.
• Experience with multiple estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex) is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repair processes, insurance procedures, and rights.
• Complete initial estimates, then write full estimates after disassembly and damage evaluation.
• Manage repairs and ensure quality standards with in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed on vehicle status and provide exceptional service.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning steps.
• Pre-close final repair orders, handle disbursement paperwork, and ensure carrier requirements.
