Job summary

Educators and coordinators will guide customers through the repair journey, assist with insurance processes, and ensure high-quality, transparent service from intake to final delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and insurance coordination.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced shop setting.
• Knowledge of estimating systems used in collision repair (CCC One, Mitchell & Audatex) and collaboration with insurers.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, and rights.
• Complete initial and final repair estimates after evaluation and disassembly.
• Manage each repair through to completion while upholding Crash Champions quality standards.
• Keep customers informed about vehicle status and provide a standout experience.
• Coordinate data with Body Technicians and finalize post-scan steps for each vehicle.
