Job summary

Crash Champions is a leading collision repair provider with a wide network across the United States. This role focuses on educating customers about the repair process, managing estimates, and ensuring high-quality repairs while maintaining transparent communication with clients throughout the vehicle repair journey.

Responsibilities include coordinating with insurance partners, overseeing QC in-process, and ensuring all carrier requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills and strong communication.
• Ability to stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of dealing with insurance partners is preferred.
• Experience with multiple estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex).

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.
• Complete initial estimates and final estimates after disassembly and damage evaluation.
• Manage each repair through the process with in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed and deliver the best possible experience.
• Pull and review data procedures with Body Technicians and post-scan each vehicle.
• Pre-close the final repair order and handle disbursement paperwork; address file exceptions.
