Job summary

Crash Champions is a fast-growing, founder-led MSO of collision repair with 650+ locations in 38 states. This on-site role involves educating customers about the repair process, insurance steps, and rights, while preparing estimates and guiding repairs to meet quality standards.

Responsibilities include reviewing data with body technicians, closing repair orders, and ensuring compliance with carrier requirements, at our Cleveland-area shop.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Interest or experience with insurance procedures is a plus.
• Familiarity with estimating systems like CCC One, Mitchell & Audatex is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repairs process, insurance procedures, rights and safety.
• Completes initial and final estimates after disassembly and damage evaluation.
• Manage each repair throughout the process and ensure quality standards.
