Job summary

Crash Champions is a leading collision repair network with 650+ locations across the U.S. We educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, and rights, and guide vehicles through estimates, disassembly, and final QC.

You will manage repairs, keep customers informed, and collaborate with body technicians to ensure high quality outcomes. Responsibilities include creating accurate estimates, tracking progress, handling paperwork, and ensuring all carrier requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required.
• Strong organization and multi-tasking abilities, with good time management.
• Knowledge of dealing with insurance partners preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with multiple estimating systems (CCC One preferred).

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repair processes, insurance steps, and rights.
• Complete initial and final repair estimates after evaluation.
• Manage each repair and ensure quality standards through QC.
• Keep customers informed about their vehicle status and experience.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning steps.
• Pre-close final repair orders and handle disbursement paperwork.
