Qualifikationen

• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• Strong organizational abilities and multitasking in a fast-paced shop environment.
• Knowledge of dealing with insurance partners preferred.
• Ability to navigate high-workload periods with accuracy and client focus.
• Familiarity with multiple estimating systems, CCC One preferred, Mitchell & Audatex.

Aufgaben

• Educate customers on repairs, insurance procedures, and process timelines.
• Prepare and validate initial and final repair estimates after evaluation.
• Oversee repair progression and ensure quality standards are met.
• Keep customers informed about vehicle status and delivery of a great experience.
• Coordinate data with Body Technicians and perform post-scanning checks.
