Responsibilities

• Complete initial and final estimates after damage evaluation.
• Manage repairs and ensure quality standards.
• Keep customers informed about vehicle status and experience.
• Review data with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning.
• Pre-close repair orders and handle disbursement paperwork, meeting carrier requirements.
