Qualifications

• Customer service skills are required for educating and guiding customers through the repair process.
• Strong organization and multi-tasking abilities to manage multiple repairs and workflows.
• Knowledge of dealing with insurance partners is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle tight timelines.
• Familiarity with multiple estimating systems such as CCC One, Mitchell & Audatex.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repair processes, insurance procedures, rights, safety, and value.
• Complete initial estimates, write final estimates after evaluation, and lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair throughout the process and ensure quality standards with in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed and provide the best possible experience.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning steps for each vehicle.
• Pre-close the final repair order and handle disbursement paperwork.
