Crash Champions is a leading collision repair network with over 650 locations across the U.S. The role educates customers on repairs, insurance procedures, and rights while overseeing estimates and repair progress to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include detailed estimating, process management, and close collaboration with Body Technicians. The position emphasizes a fast-paced environment and strong insurance knowledge in Missouri operations.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required.
• Strong organization, multitasking, and time management.
• Knowledge of dealing with insurance partners preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with estimating systems such as CCC One, Mitchell and Audatex.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures and rights.
• Complete initial estimates, full estimates after evaluation, and lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair and ensure quality standards with in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed and provide a great experience.
• Coordinate data with Body Technicians and post-scan review for each vehicle.
• Pre-close final repair order and handle disbursement paperwork.
