Job summary

We educate customers on repair processes, insurance procedures, and rights. The role handles estimating, repair oversight, QC, customer updates, and coordination with body technicians, with competitive benefits and a monthly sales incentive and 401k match.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required.
• Strong organization, multitasking and time management.
• Insurance partners knowledge preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with estimating systems such as CCC One, Mitchell & Audatex.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on vehicle repairs, insurance procedures and rights.
• Complete initial estimates, write full estimates after evaluation, and lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair and ensure quality standards via in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed about vehicle status and provide a great experience.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning.
• Pre-close repair orders, handle disbursement paperwork, address exceptions, meet carrier requirements.
