Qualifikationen

• Experience with auto insurance processes and claims.
• Familiarity with auto repair estimation systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, rights, techniques and value.
• Complete initial estimates, write full estimates after disassembly and damage evaluation, lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair through the process and ensure quality standards via in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed and deliver the best possible experience.
