Job summary

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions accurately.
• Provide timely repair process information and excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for drop-offs, planning, and communication.
• Relay customer requests to the appropriate team.
• Deliver positive greetings to customers in person and by phone.
• Understand required Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with management.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend health, safety and staff meetings.
• Attend training and workshops recommended by the Store Manager.
