Job summary

The Boyd Group is seeking an Estimator/Service Advisor with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experience throughout the repair process. You will coordinate estimates, repairs, and communication with customers and insurance providers to ensure smooth, timely progress.

Key responsibilities include documenting customer interactions, guiding customers through the repair journey, and ensuring compliance with DRP and insurance requirements.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s.
• Minimum of 1-year experience.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through the repair process and ensuring they receive excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements, processes and metrics.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways regarding customer drop-offs, repair planning, customer communication, and delivery.
• Communicate all customer requests and needs to appropriate team members.
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team, as required.
• Support all team members when required.
• Attend monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings (if required).
• Attend training sessions and workshops recommended by Store Manager.
