Job summary

The Boyd Group in Zachary, LA is seeking an Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience while assessing vehicle damage, coordinating repairs, and communicating with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process.

You will document estimates, ensure compliance with DRP and insurance requirements, and collaborate with management to meet KPIs and deliver quality repairs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of vehicle repairs and OE guidelines.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training and obtain certification.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communications.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions accurately with pertinent details.
• Provide timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP processes.
• Coordinate repair planning, communication, and delivery with team members.
• Participate in production walks and ongoing staff training when required.
