Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a Customer Service/Estimator to educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety and value, and to generate accurate estimates from initial intake through full disassembly.

You will manage each repair, ensure Crash Champions’ quality standards by performing in-process QC, keep customers informed, review data with Body Technicians, pre-close final repair orders, and coordinate with carriers to meet requirements,

Qualifications

Customer service skills required to educate customers on repair and insurance procedures.
Strong organization and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with multiple estimating systems (CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex) preferred.

Responsibilities

Educate customers on repair process, insurance procedures, rights, and safety.
Complete initial estimates, write full estimates after evaluation, lock final estimates.
Manage repairs throughout the process and ensure quality standards via QC.
Keep customers informed on vehicle status and provide exceptional service.
Review data with Body Technicians and perform post-scanning for each vehicle.
