Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service/Estimator to educate customers about the repair process and insurance steps. You will prepare and lock final estimates, manage each repair, and perform in-process QC to ensure quality.

The role involves communicating status updates to customers, coordinating with Body Technicians, and handling paperwork to close out files in compliance with carrier requirements.

Qualifications

• Customer service and communication skills for working with customers and insurance partners.
• Strong organization and multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced repair environment.
• Knowledge of insurance procedures and repair estimation processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value.
• Complete initial estimates, write full estimates after evaluation, and lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair and ensure quality standards through in-process QC.
