Crash Champions is seeking a customer-focused estimator to educate clients on the repair process, insurance steps, and rights. You will prepare initial estimates, finalize after evaluation, and guide repairs through to completion while maintaining Crash Champions' quality standards.

You will keep customers updated on progress, collaborate with body technicians on data and post-scanning tasks, and handle closing paperwork and carrier requirements to ensure a smooth experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of dealing with Insurance partners preferred.
• Familiarity with multiple estimating systems (CCC One preferred; Mitchell & Audatex).

Responsabilités

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, and rights.
• Complete initial estimates, write final estimates after disassembly and evaluation, and lock final estimates.
• Manage each repair throughout the process and ensure quality standards via in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed on vehicle status and provide a top-notch experience.
• Collaborate with Body Technicians, review data procedures, and complete post-scanning steps.
• Pre-close the final repair order, handle disbursement paperwork, and ensure carrier requirements are met.
