Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of vehicle repairs and OE guidelines.
• Basic computer skills with ability to navigate repair databases.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training and ongoing certifications.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and update records.
• Provide timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Coordinate repair needs and communicate with insurers throughout the process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and company standards.
• Participate in production walks and support team members as needed.
• Maintain KPI performance and uphold company values.
• Attend training and meetings as required.
• Assist with scheduling and logistics of repairs and parts.
